Walker, Renelda Meeks Higgins

(born: 1950) 

Born Renelda Meeks in Louisville, KY, she is the sister of Kenneth Meeks, Michael Meeks, and Reginald Meeks. She was the art director of Social Policy and organized shows for the U.S. Mission to the UN. Her works have been published in the New York Times and Crisis. She was the Human Resources Administration spokesperson for New York City. She is the daughter of Eloise Kline Meeks and Florian Meeks, Jr.
