Taylor, Charles Leon

(born: July 14, 1934  -  died: July 30, 2005) 

Born in Jessamine County, KY, Charles L. Taylor was elected to 3rd District (Keene (KY) Magistrate of Jessamine County in 1977, the first African American elected to a county-level office. He was the son of Willie W. and Sarah E. Williams Taylor.
