Jordan, Larry

(born: 1946) 

Born in Kansas City, KS, Larry Jordan, a graduate of West Point, became the first African American general post commander at Fort Knox in 1993. At the time, Jordan was a 25-year veteran of the U.S. Army. He is a 1979 graduate of Indiana University. where he earned a History M.A.
