Walls, John H.
(born: 1890 - died: 1983)Dr. Johh H. Walls, born in Tennessee, established well-baby clinics in Louisville African American neighborhoods. Walls was on the governing board of the Louisville Red Cross Hospital. He was the husband of Murray B. Atkins Walls; they were both involved in the civil rights efforts in Louisville. The Walls Family Papers are available at the University of Louisville Libraries.
