Page, Gregory D. "Greg" (football)

(born: 1948  -  died: 1967) 

Greg Page was from Middlesboro, KY. In 1966 he was one of the first two African Americans signed to play football at the University of Kentucky. He was injured during practice and died six weeks later from a paralyzing neck injury; he did not play in any games. The University of Kentucky Greg Page Apartments are named in his honor.
