Lapsley, Andrew

(born: 1896  -  died: 1964) Lapsley was born August 1, 1896 in McAfee in  Mercer County, KY. He served during World War I as a private in the HQ Company of the 814th Pioneer Infantry Regiment of the  U.S. Army. He can be found in a list of soldiers from that war compiled by Mr. Wyatt  Shely, Anderson County historian. Lapsley died May 7, 1964 in Lexington and is buried at Woodlawn Hills Cemetery in Anderson County.
