"At 1:47 pm on April 6, 1968, a devastating double explosion rocked downtown Richmond, Indiana, killing 41 people and injuring many more. Making use of photographs, archival news footage, and interviews with eyewitnesses, survivors, and those who worked to rebuild the city, this film explores how the explosion came to happen and how the city's residents responded to the disaster."
