Part 8. Dennis Callan, Duane McDuffy and Derek Dingle who ran Milestone Media, the first minority comic book company.

 

Milestone Media was a New York company with a new line of multi-cultural comic books. It was the largest black-owned comic book company in the U.S. Dingle negotiated a publishing deal with D.C. Comics "to present positive hero-like roles using characters that were African-American, Hispanic, Asians and women."
