Ramond, William

(born: 1861) William Ramond was one of the horse riders at Jerome Park in New York, according to the 1880 U.S. Federal Census. Ramond was born around 1861 in Kentucky. Jerome Park Racetrack opened in 1866 and was operated by the American Jockey Club. The first Belmont Stakes was held at Jerome Park Racetrack.
