Anderson, Carey L, Jr.

(born: 1950) 

Carey L. Anderson, Jr. was born in Louisville, KY  and earned a B.A. in architecture at the University of Kentucky in 1973. Four years later, in 1977, he became the first African American architect licensed in Kentucky and by 1980 was the first in the state to establish an architectural firm, Anderson Associate Architects.
