West, Millard

(born: 1943) 

Millard West was the first African American state trooper in Kentucky. From Lexington, KY, he was a 25-year old graduate of the police academy and also an Air Force veteran. Millard West graduated with the 37th cadet class and was assigned to Port Four in Elizabethtown, KY.
