Bryant, Charles W. "C. W."
(born: 1830)Charles Bryant was born a slave in Kentucky and after the Civil War settled in Texas, where he became an agent for the Freemen's Bureau in Texas. He was a delegate to the state Constitutional Convention, 1868-1869, representing Harrison County, TX. He was also a minister.
