Jordan, Larry R.

(born: 1946) 

Born in Kansas City, KS, West Point graduate Larry Jordan became the first African American general post commander at Fort Knox in 1993. At the time, Jordan was a 25-year veteran of the U.S. Army. He is a 1979 graduate of Indiana University, where he earned a History M.A.
