Peeples, Porter G., Sr.

(born: 1947) 

Porter G. Peeples, Sr. was born in Lynch, KY. When he became director of the Lexington (KY) Urban League, he was the youngest Urban League director in the U.S. He continues to lead and to advocate for the needs and rights of the disadvantaged in Lexington. Peeples is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
