Lexington Emigration Association

In 1872, the Lexington Emigration Association opened an account with the U.S. Freedmen Bank. The background and purpose of the organization are not known at this time. The officers were Theodore Clay, Eva Jackson, Samuel Williams, Reubin Scott, and J. C. Jackson, Jr.
