Young, Margaret B.
(born: 1921 - died: 2009)Margaret Buckner Young, from Campbellsville, KY, is the author of children's books on African American history, civil rights, and civil rights leaders, including First Book of American Negroes and Picture Life of Martin Luther King, Jr. She is a graduate of Kentucky State College [now Kentucky State University] and the University of Minnesota.
