Packer, Zuwena "ZZ"

(born: January 12, 1973) 

Zuwena Packer was born in Chicago and grew up in Atlanta, GA, and Louisville, KY, where she attended Seneca High School. Packer published her first story in Seventeen Magazine. She is the author of Drinking Coffee Elsewhere, has won a number of awards and recognitions for her writing, and has taught English. She now lives in California with her family. Zuwena Packer is a graduate of Yale University (B.A.), Johns Hopkins University (M.A.), and the University of Iowa (MFA).
