Goodloe, Frank William, Sr.
(born: May 9, 1913 - died: February 4, 1984)Frank W. Goodloe, Sr. was appointed to the New Castle (KY) Board of Trustees in 1975, becoming the city's first African American official.
Goodloe was a bus driver for the public schools of Henry County, KY and a member of Washington Lodge #1513. In 1920 he was listed in the U.S. Federal Census as living in New Castle with his grandparents, Ed and Anna Disett.
Goodloe died in Louisville, KY. He was the son of Charles and Betsy May Durrett Goodloe Smith.
