Publication available at the Filson Historical Society Library (in the Rare Pamphlet Collection, RB Pamphlet 394.2 N532 1924), in Louisville, KY. An earlier Colored Fair was held in Shelbyville in 1900, the Southern Railroad offered route services to the fair for low rates. See "Low rates via Southern Railroad" in the Mt.
