Scott M. Jameson, III was a basketball player at Kentucky State Univesity (K-State). He and James Goss were co-captains of the team during the 1955-56 season when Jameson was a senior. Both Goss and Jameson's senior sweaters are held in the archival collections of the Center of Excellence for the Study of Kentucky African Americans (CESKAA) at Kentucky State University. He played professional basketball for the Harlem Globetrotters and Washington Generals, a team that traveled with the Harlem Globetrotters [source: within the article by A.
