Biggerstaff, Thomas B.
(born: 1902 - died: 1969)Biggerstaff was born in Richmond, KY, the son of Ellen and James Biggerstaff. He began his successful dental career in 1943, practicing in the Kentucky communities of Pikeville, Richmond, Frankfort, Danville, and Lexington. His office was located in Lexington in 1950.
