Green, Larry W.

(born: 1946) 

Born in Louisville, KY, Green became the first African American councilman in Elizabethtown, KY, in 1973, as well as the youngest person ever elected to office in the city. He served as a councilman until 1982. Green is the son of Alma Vaughn Green and William R. Green.
