Lula M. Johnson was from Lexington, KY. She enlisted in the Army in Cincinnati, OH, according to her enlistment record in Ancestry and the National Archives, Access to Archival Databases. She was employed at the Good Samaritan Hospital before enlisting, and after her enlistment, she served as Pfc with the 4th W. A. C. Hospital Company. Lula M. Johnson was the daughter of Lee E. and Mary E. Johnson. The family is enumerated in the 1930 U.S. Census. Lula Mae Johnson died in Lexington, KY, in 1984 and she is buried in the Highland Cemetery.
