Forehand, Ruby L. "Winters"(born: 1942 - died: 2016) Born in Louisville, KY, and raised in Cincinnati, OH, Ruby Winters was a soul singer during the late 1960s and early 1970s. She joined with Johnny Thunder in 1967 for the chart hit "Make Love to Me." In 1969, "I Don't Want to Cry" and "Guess Who" were top 20 hits. Her 1970s hits included "I Will" and singles "Baby Lay Down" and "Come to Me!"
Her birth name was Ruby L. Forehand. She was born January 18, 1942, the daughter of Lucille Inez Bradshaw and Charles Forehand, Jr. Ruby winters died in Missouri City, TX on August 7, 2016.
