Williams, Samuel Carl

(born: 1906  -  died: 1977) 

Samuel Carl Williams was the first African American city commissioner in Winchester, KY. A graduate of Knoxville College, he became a teacher. Samuel Williams, born in Ford, KY, was the son of Thomas and Lettie Williams.
