Kentucky Black Caucus of Elected Officials

The Kentucky Black Caucus of Elected Officials, a membership organization, was formed in 1999 "to express and share ideas, experiences, and knowledge and to provide a forum for educating members and the community." It is a constituency group of the Kentucky League of Cities. For more see SR127.
